KIta ist auch eine staatliche Aufgabe. Bayern ist eines der wenigen Budnesländer, die Überschüsse erzielen und u.a. nach Berlin abführen (Länderfinanzausgleich)! In vielen anderen Bundesländern ist die Kita für alle Eltern kostenlos. Warum nicht in Bayern, wenn schon genug Geld -offensichtlich- für andere Bundesländer vorhanden ist? Daher gleiches Recht für Alle, der Staat muss die Kitas bezahlbar machen oder gar kostenlos! Unabhängig vom Träger und Kommune (Wirtschaftskraft).

unverschuldete Aufsichtspflichtsverletzungs-Gefahrcht

Mütter die vor 2015 Job kündigen mussten, weil "KiTa-Platz erst mit 4 J., nachmittag 3 Std" bestraft man mit Altersarmutsrente. Nun zwar KiTa-Plätze, mit gesundheitszerstörenden Bedingungen. Logikfolge Personalausfall. Bay. chr.-soz Regierung blockiert ErsatzkraftGelder. Aufsichtspflichterfüllung nie mit 2/3 Besetzung. Erz. leisten unmenschlich, stehen mit 1 Bein im Knast. In Bayern für 12 Krippenkinder 2 MA + wenige MinijobStd. , in Hessen staatlich (mit)finanzierte 6 MA.

Finanzierung Kitas

Kitas sind eine kommunale Aufgabe. Daher sollten die Kommunen diese auch selbst betreiben. Die unübersichtliche Landschaft der freien und kirchlichen Träger ist nicht notwendig und m. E. daher auch zu beenden. Doppelstrukturen kosten nur Geld. Warum kirchliche Träger von latent pädophilen kirchlichen Organisationen noch immer Kinder- und Jugendarbeit betreiben dürfen, ist mir unverständlich.
