Bessere Vergütung bedeutet mehr Erzieher; mehr Erzieher bedeutet bessere Betreuung unserer Kinder und wieder mehr verfügbare Plätze für die Kinder, damit die Eltern - vor allem auch die Frauen -berufstätig bleiben können.

Gleichwertige Ausbildungen sind noch teurer

Zunächst müsste es in ganz Deutschland die gleiche Ausbildung geben. Dann stellt sich die Frage, wer während der 2-jährigen reinen Schulausbildung als Ausbilder auftritt und diese finanziert. Im Anerkennungsjahr wird bereits ein Teil des Tarifgehaltes gezahlt, in den Schuljahren gibts Bafög, was nicht zurück zu zahlen ist. Ausserdem ist der Abschluss, wie Meister, Techniker und Bachelor in Stufe 6 des DQR verortet. Vorgenannte zahlen ihre Ausbildung ebenfalls komplett selbst, incl. eines erheblichen Schulgeldes. Und wenn die Ausbildung neu geregelt wird, was ist mit den aktuellen Schülern?
