Woher nehmen wenn nicht stehlen?

Die Petition ist wieder nur ein Wunsch ohne Lösungsansatz. Leider gibt es keine Anregungen welche anderen Ausgaben sich die Stadt dafür sparen soll. Oder gibt es alternativ gar die Bereitschaft noch höhere Gebühren zu tragen, um die Sozialversicherung der dann festangestellten Honorarkräfte zu zahlen?
