Soforthilfe keine Hilfe zum Lebensunterhalt

Die Soforthilfe ist sowieso nicht für die Soloselbstständigen gedacht und greift überall dort nicht, wo sie entgegen der Bestimmungen für Entnahme zum Lebensunterhalt verwendet werden wird. Also kann man es gleich lassen. Die Soforthilfe ist eine Hilfe zur Deckung laufender Betriebsausgaben. Entnahmen sind keine Betriebsausgaben. Hier greift nur das ALG2.
