Förderung nach § 16i SGB II, Übernahme der Lohnkosten vom Jobcenter, soll Langzeitarbeitslose in Arbeit bringen und auch dort halten. Damit soll verhindert werden, dass eine Arbeit nur kurzfristig aufgenommen wird, bzw. der Arbeitnehmer schnell wieder entlassen wird. Das ist eine gute Sache, damit sich die Arbeitslosigkeit nicht weiter verfestigt, was es dann noch schwieriger macht in Arbeit zu kommen. Also definitiv nichts, worüber man sich beschweren sollte, genz im Gegenteild!!!!

Irgenwie bin ich jetzt auf der Strecke geblieben...was denn für schwere Zeiten? Es werden doch überall Arbeitnehmer gesucht, wir haben eine sehr niedrige Arbeitslosenzahl. Und tatsächlich: die Job-Center bezuschussen nur die Ausbildungen, in denen Mangel herrscht und das ist auch richtig so. Warum sollte man die Ausbildungskosten übernehmen, wenn in diesem Beruf genug Arbeitnehmer vorhanden sind? Nur, weil Sie das so möchten?
