Notwehr, Selbstjustiz

Leider kann man Fehler in seinen Eintrag korrigieren, also nochmal in editierter Form: Richtig, in der Petition heißt es "auf der Flucht der Männer..." D.h. Ernst B. handelte objektiv betrachtet nicht in Notwehr. Er betrieb Selbstjustiz. Mit der Folge, dass ein jugendlicher Straftäter jetzt tot ist. In einem Staat wo jeder nach seiner Auffassung Straftaten selbst bestraft, sprich Selbstjustiz betreibt, in so einem Staat wollen wo die wenigsten leben.

Richtig, in der Petition heißt es "auf der Flucht der Männer..." D.h. Ernst B. handelte objektiv betrachtet nicht in Notwehr. Er betrieb Selbstjustiz. Mit der Folge, dass ein jugentlicher Straftäter nicht tot ist. In einem Staat wo jeder nach seiner Auffassung Straftaten selbst bestraft, sprich Selbstjustiz betreibt, in so einem Staat wollen wo die wenigsten leben.
