Wer trägt die finanziellen Lasten der Maßnahmen zur Verlangsamung des Corona-Virus? Antwort: Einzelne Arbeitnehmer*innen, Arbeitgeber*innen und der Staat mit seinem Hilfspaket. Unberücksichtigt sind bisher Vermieter*innen und Verpächter*innen von Wohn- und gewerblich genutzten Immobilien. Über diese Petition leisten sie einen Beitrag zur gerechten Verteilung der Lasten.

1.Was kann der Vermieter für Corona? 2.Es gibt auch Krisengewinner/solvente Mieter. Warum die entlasten? 3.Miete ist nicht Nettogewinn.Verzicht auf mehrere Monatsmieten führt nach Abzug der laufenden Kosten zu einem ggf. existenzbedrohenden Minusbetrag,grade beim privaten Kleinvermieter(60% dder Mieter leben in so einer Wohnung)
