Vereinsvermögen

Was passiert eigentlich mit dem beträchtlichen Vereinsvermögen, wenn sich der Verein einfach auflöst? Wird das Geld an die Fördermitglieder zurückbezahlt? Wenn nicht, wohun geht das Geld? Darf man als Fördermitglied darüber mitentscheiden oder ist es vom Altvorstand alleine zu entscheiden? Wird man von der Entscheidung als Förderer informiert? Gibt es einen Kassenabschlussbericht an alle Mitglieder?

Laut Satzung entscheidet die Mitgliederversammlung über alles. Diese sollte 1:1 auch gleichzeitig der Vorstand sein. Es müsste doch nur der Beschluss gefasst werden, allen Fördermitgliedern volle Mitgliedsrechte einzuräumen. Der jetzige Vorstand muss nur die Mitgliederversammlung für alle öffnen

Neuer Vorstand

Es kann einfach der Vorstand neu gewählt werden. Das ist aber offenbar vom alten Vorstand nicht gewünscht.
