Bedarfsgerechte Ampelanlage

Warum setzt man hier kein bedarfsgesteuerte Ampel? Kreisverkehre sind meistens für die Fußgänger und Fahrradfahrer ein Nachteil. Im Kreisverkehr passieren die meisten Unfälle durch Unachtsamkeit mit Radfahrern. Ein Kreisverkehr würde zum Rasen verleiten.
