Sondergenehmigung

Es darf nicht mit "Zweierlei Maß" entschieden werden! Wer bekommt hier eine Sondergenehmigung und wer nicht? In bestehenden Baugebieten wird begründet, das der B-Plan einzuhalten ist und hier soll eine Ausnahme gemacht werden? Allen denen der Antrag in der vergangenheit abgehlehnt wurde, dürften entsprechend verärgert sein!

Einwände Bau und Planungsausschuss Entscheidungen

Die CDU darf hier nicht "wortbrüchig" werden! Wir haben uns 2017 erfolgreich gegen eine B-Planänderung im Baugebiet "Lerchenweg Nord" gewehrt. Die CDU hatte aus unserer Sicht verstanden, das eine B-Plan nicht nur Rechtssicherheit, sondern auch eine "verträgliche" Nachverdichtung ermöglichen sollte. „Investorenanträge“ wurden ausnahmslos abgelehnt. Begründung – Verträgliche Bebauung, keine "Sondergenehmigungen", es gibt kein Recht auf Rendite.
