Neue Begründung: Pestizide machen aber krank, deshalb fordern wir die zuständigen Minister auf, zum Schutz der Bevölkerung das Recht auf Pestizidfreie Wohnorte zu gewähren, der Schutzradius müsste sich an der EU-Bio-Bienenverordnung an den ca. 3 km Radius orientieren.
Schon heute wäre dieses Recht durch die konsequente Umsetzung des 'Pflanzenschutzgesetzes' und der 'guten fachlichen Praxis' zu erreichen.
Solange die Bundesländer der Wahlfreiheit zu Pestizidfrei Leben und Verhinderung der Abdrift von Pestizidaerosolen nicht nachkommen, müsste die Bundesverbraucherministerin Aigner die Zulassung aller Pestizide zum Wohl der Gesundheit der Bürger ruhen lassen.
Pesticides cause illnesses, so we are appealing to the responsible Minister to address the issue and to grant the population their right of a pesticide-free residence. The conservation area should be based on the EU Organic Regulation, embracing an at least three kilometer radius.
Even today, we could accomplish these goals through the consistent implementation of the 'Plant Protection Act' and the 'good specialist-practice' (Integrated pestmanagement, without pesticides, if possible!)
As long as the federal German states do not establish to fulfill the freedom of choice that provides people with a pesticide-free living and prevents the furthermore drift of pesticide aerosols, the Federal Consumer Protection Minister Aigner should disengage the application of all pesticides in order to increase and support national health of citizens.
