This petition aims to solve the environmental, energy, and socio-economic problems
of Europe and Africa in the next 50 years in a definite and sustainable way for the future.
It intends to create 100 million new jobs between southern Europe and the Maghreb,
Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Syria, etc..
which has the following objectives
1) Reforestation of the Shaara desert, with one billion new trees,
which will require manpower for planting, irrigation maintenance, etc.
2) To make the Shaara desert arable, like Israel.
and export of agricultural products.
3) The installation of a billion solar panels, and all their electrical maintenance, be it of cables, batteries, transformers, inverters, etc...
4) The creation of 5000 virtual dams along the Maghreb coast,
are nothing more than the use of the excess of energy, not consumed, that
instead of being stored in plastic batteries, they are stored in the form of potential energy,
raising water during the day to a height of 120 meters, which later, when at night, is all this water discharged back
into the Mediterranean Sea, thus creating a totally virtuous and clean cycle
of any emission, not even needing any plastic, only needing maintenance as any normal dam, of 100 megaWatt hour.
5) The creation of several Clusters-Industries, electric, in North Africa, Europe, that can create various types of products and services, such as smart grid, deep learning,
electric cables, batteries, IoT electric meters, electric cars, electric boats, electric airplanes, and the whole industry of maintenance and electric recycling...
As a consequence, we have the removal of 100 million human beings from poverty,
who will have the income to consume ecological products.
And so they influence politically, but also socio-culturally all of Africa, which
by cultural Domino effect, will follow the North African way of life, thus reinforcing the bonds of transnational cooperation, which will certainly lead to more global geo-political cooperation.
