Krefeld muss sich auch bzgl. Kurzzeitvermietungen dringend was einfallen lassen, damit die Wohnungsnot nicht immer schlimmer wird.

Mehr Wohnraum

Das soll kein „Contra“ Argument sein, sondern ein grundsätzliches. Das Problem, auch was die Mieten angeht, sind zu wenig Wohnungen. Wenn nicht mehr Wohnungen zur Verfügung stehen wird kein einziges Problem gelöst. Mehr Wohnungen bedeutet weniger Bürokratie und Vorgaben beim Bauen, mehr Bauland, schnellere Genehmigung etc. DASS ist die Lösung, der Rest sind Symptome. Wenn jeder Qm. 1000 Regeln hat & jahrelang verhandelt werden muss gibts keinen Wohnraum
