Parkplätze

Ein Stellpatzschlüsse von 0,5 bedeutet ein Parkplatz für zwei Wohnungen. Das ist realitätsfern, denn der Trend ist zwei Fahrzeuge pro Wohnung. Die Kfz werden dann auf die bestehenden Anwohnerparkplätze drängen. Diese sind bereits weit überlastet, da für etwa 2.540 Stellplätze ca. 4800 Bewohnerparkausweise ausgestellt werden. Für 150 € pro Jahr. Ausserdem fallen die bestehenden Garagen auf dem Gelände weg.
