Verkaufsverbote dürfen nicht unberücksichtigt werden ...

Wenn die Schule eh nicht verkauft werden darf und es ein entsprechendes Verbot gibt, weshalb dann diese Petition? Kein Verantwortlicher wird diese Schule verbotswidrig verkaufen. Oder leidet der Petent unter einer Schreibschwäche und meint eigentlich "Die Schule sollte nicht verkauft werden"?
