Kritik bedarf immer eines Rückgrates, anonyme Kritik ist feige oder der Beleg dafür, dass Argumente für sie fehlen. Und da Sie nicht aus dem akademischen Bereich zu kommen scheinen, solche Jobs bekommt man angeboten, man bewirbt sich nicht auf die.

...und sie geht nach Freiburg! Gut so...für Konstanz! Das dies eine für sie offene Entscheidung war, nehme ich ihr bei all den vorbereiteten Pressestimmen nicht ab - das ist heuchlerisch! Geholt hat sie nach Konstanz der Hochschulrat. Der sollte gleich mitgehen!

Kritik muss möglich sein!

Der Führungsstil von Frau Kriegelstein, kann nur von wenigen beurteilt werden. Eine kritische Institution wie eine Universität kann Sympathie nicht einfach per Rundmail einfordern. Sich enthalten ist auch eine Option. Die aktive Bewerbung von Frau Kriegelstein in Freiburg wirft Fragen zu ihrer Person auf und sie stellt die Uni Konstanz vor eine große Herausforderung. Im sensiblen Machtgefüge der Universität muss auch anonyme Kritik möglich sein und ist unter den gegeben Umständen durchaus angebracht.
