Schließt euch unserem Protest an. Gemeinsam erreichen wir mehr. Im Mfg5 /Holtenau Ost - Gelände geht es um die Schaffung von Wohnraum und Freizeiträumen für alle Kieler versus Militär. Werden diese Pläne in der Wik und in Holtenau umgesetzt, sind wir die Zielscheibe im nächsten Krieg, da hilft uns auch kein Seebatallion.

Kiel braucht kleine, besondere Orte wie die Nordmole. Genau sie machen den Charme einer Stadt aus – nicht teure Prestigeprojekte, die oft nicht verfangen. Maritimes Flair kann man sich nicht daherfabulieren; man muss Orte erhalten, an denen es spürbar ist. Sicherheitsinteressen verdienen Respekt, aber Kiel kennt ein kompromissbereites Miteinander mit der Marine. Warum also jetzt mit der Dampwalze? Die Nordmole muss öffentlich bleiben.

Der nur vermeintliche Erholungswert des kleinen betroffenen Gebiet für uns Anwohner:innen wird von den Petenten maßlos überhöht. Die Bundeswehr hat sehr nachvollziehbar argumentieren können, weshalb sie diese Fläche wieder benötigt. Auch das Argument, eine Ausdehnung der Marine-Liegenschaften mache die Stadt im "nächsten Krieg" zur Zielscheibe, verfängt nicht. Der Kriege in der Ukraine beweist, dass vorrangig zivile Ziele und Infrastruktur zerstört werden.
