Eine Stadtbücherei ist kein Luxus, sondern ein Bildungsauftrag. Sie ist ein Motor für Chancengleichheit, Integration und lebenslanges Lernen. Ehrenamtliche können nur unterstützen, aber nicht ersetzen, was Bibliothekar:innen leisten. Wer an der Bibliothek spart, spart an der Zukunft der Stadt.
