Wasserkamp

Erhalt von grünen Lungen in Hildesheim. Die Verkehrsdichte ist auf der Marienburger Str. und L491 schon jetzt am Limet. Auch den dortigen Tieren sollte man noch Lebensraum lassen.

Es fehlt an Wohnungen für die sozial Schwachen. Der Rat der Stadt Hildesheim hat beschlossen, dass in neuen baugebieten 20 % sozialer Wohnungsbau erfolgen soll. Neue Baugebiete bedeuten also gerade mehr sozialer Wohnungsbau. Es gibt aber nicht genügend Baugebiete.

In Hildesheim gibt es zu wenige Bauplätze, insbesondere für Einfamilienhäuser. Der Wasserkamp wäre jedoch so eine Fläche. Im Moment ziehen Bürger_innen, die bauen wollen, ins Umland und gehen Hildesheim verloren.
