An hessischen Schulen wird der Lehrkräftemangel laut GEW (Gewerkschaft Erziehung und Wissenschaft) bis 2030 zunehmen. Fraglich ist, ob das Arbeitsfeld ausreichend Attraktiv ist, wenn alternative Arbeitsfelder bzw. Arbeitgeber mit planbaren Dienstort, Transparenz und Mitwirkung werben können.

Völlig unverständlich ist aus meiner Sicht die Geheimniskrämerei... 4 müssen gehen... 4 müssen dann wohl neu hinzukommen, am unpädagogischsten ist die Zwangsversetzung einer Drittklasslehrerin... und das alles in der Verantwortung einer Amtsleiterin mit dem Lehramt für Grundschule
