Weil da auch schon die Landesverbände in ihren Satzungen dies ausschließen z.B. NDV. Zudem wäre bei einem Abstieg einer BuLi -Mannschaft in die 2. Liga zwei Mannschaften in der gleichen Liga. Oder noch schlimmer am Ende 4 Vereine und 8 Mannschaften in einer Liga.
