Eine weitere Verdichtung würde den Lebensraum Otterstedter See weiter einschränken, nicht nur für die dort wohnenden Personen sondern auch für Frösche/Kröten/Lurche, die jeden Frühling/Herbst in den See wandern um dort zu laichen/in die Winterquartiere ziehen, den zahlreichen Vögeln, usw.
