Schulentwicklung vs Nahwärme

Im kommunalen Flächennutzungsplan Schorndorf-Winterbach ist die gesamte Fläche im Bereich Grauhalde als Schul- und Sportfläche ausgewiesen. Der Bereich ist der aktuell einzige, in dem ein Flächenvorhalt für ggf erforderliche Schulerweiterungen existiert. Diese Fläche jetzt für ein BHKW umzuwidmen verhindert künftige Schulerweiterungen.
