Geheimdienste sind unkontrollierbar.

Geheimdienste arbeiten am Rande oder gar außerhalb der kontrollierten Legalität. Ein gemeinsamer Datenpool würde ihre "Ergebnisse" zu polizeilichen "Ermittlungsunterlagen" verwandeln. Gerade im politischen Bereich gefährdet das die Demokratie.
