Anwohner

Die Anwohner sind ebenfalls betroffen. Es ist eine Zumutung, wenn Wohnmobile Tag ein, Tag aus vorbeirattern. Wir sprechen hier mittlerweile von Schiffen, fahrenden Häusern und nicht von Kfz unter 3,5 T!

Touristen

Für Touristen, die mit Ihrem Wohnmobil anreisen ist es bestimmt erholsam direkt neben einem Stadion Ihren Aufenthalt in Kempten zu genießen - NICHT! Ein anderer Standort würde auch bei Touristen besser ankommen!

Kaufkraft

Es droht ein Kaufkraftverlust für die Fußgängerzone, da auswärtige entweder nur den Südlichen Teil der Innenstadt besuchen oder gleich in einer andere Stadt fahren. Auch ein Kaufkraftverlust durch den Onlinehandel ist möglich!

Diesen Parkplatz benutzen Pendler, Theaterbesucher, Festwochen-Besucher, Weihnachtsmarkt-Besucher Sportler, Gäste....und Leute die in Kempten Einkaufen oder Essen Gehen; und dies das ganze Jahr über. in den Wintermonaten kommen doch kaum Wohnmobile. Da bleibt der Parkplatz leer.
