Istanbul-Konvention

2017 hat Deutschland das EU Übereinkommen zur Verhütung und Bekämpfung von Gewalt gegen Frauen und häuslicher Gewalt - die Istanbul-Konvention (IK)- ratifiziert. Dieser völkerrechtlich verbindliche Rechtsnorm trat in D Feb.2018 in Kraft und ist somit rechtsgültig. Damit verpflichtet sich u.a. auch D zum Schutz und Hilfe von Kinder die Zeugen von Gewalt wurden. https://www.institut-fuer-menschenrechte.de/menschenrechtsschutz/europarat/menschenrechtsabkommen-des-europarats/istanbul-konvention
