Istanbul-Konvention

2017 hat Deutschland das EU Übereinkommen zur Verhütung und Bekämpfung von Gewalt gegen Frauen und häuslicher Gewalt - die Istanbul-Konvention (IK)- ratifiziert. Dieser völkerrechtlich verbindliche Rechtsnorm trat in D Feb.2018 in Kraft und ist somit rechtsgültig. Schreibt doch einfach ins Gesetz was ihr eigentlich wollt: Der Vater ist Elternteil 2. Klasse und nur Mutti sollte alles alleine entscheiden dürfen. So wollt ihr es doch! Dann habt den Schneid das auch so zu sagen.
