Wir wohnen östlich der Eltviller- und Rüdesheimer Str. und bemerken bereits seit der Nachverdichtung in der Uerziger Str. , dass wir im Sommer weniger frische Luft bekommen. Die Luft steht.

Vogelbestände

Die momentan noch großen Vogelbestände in dem Viertel würden durch Fällung der Bäume zurück gehen, unter anderem ist auch der Star (rote Liste) betroffen, der hier ganzjährig vorkommt.
