Das Großburgwedeler Krankenhaus trägt maßgeblich zur wohnortnahen Versorgung des gesamten Nordens der Region bei. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter haben sich im Norden, in der Nähe zum Krankenhaus, niedergelassen und haben kurze Anfahrtswege.
