Beruhigende Möglichkeit

Es wäre sehr beruhigend für mich, zu wissen, dass wenn ich in eine Situation käme in der ich nicht mehr weiterleben möchte, mir ein Arzt helfen würde, mein Leben möglichst schonend zu beenden. Und ich empfinde es als Anmaßung, dass diese Möglichkeit verhindert oder erschwert werden soll.

Freiwillige Unterstützung für einen Freitod muss legal sein. Ohne Unterstützung etwa durch einen Arzt ist die Entscheidung für den selbstgewählten Tod kaum umzusetzen und zu realisieren.

Recht auf Selbstbestimmung jedes mündigen Bürgers, sofern er die Rechte der anderen ebenfalls respektiert !

Weil ich ein mündiger Bürger bin, über mein Leben , meinen beruflichen Weg, meine Religion etc bisher frei verfügen konnte, sofern ich niemand Schaden zufüge. Und über meinen Tod sollen andere, die nicht in meiner Haut stecken, mich kaum kennen, verfügen dürfen?? NEIN !

Skandal

Unsere völlig intelligenzfreien Politiker haben unseren einst stolzen Staat in den Abgrund geführt. Sie brechen täglich völlig straffrei ihren geleisteten Amtseid (... alles für das Wohl des deutschen Volkes...). Nun wollen sie uns auch noch das Recht zum humanen Sterben in diesem Affenstaat verbieten?! Die Aussage des Verfassungsgerichtes ist ganz klar.

Die Totesstrafe ist Weltweit weitgehend geächtet! Wenn wir nicht das Recht haben ein Leben zu nehmen, woher nimmt sich jemand mein Recht mich freiwillig daraus zu verabschieden?

Meine Ma hat durch Chemo u. Strahlen Qualen gelitten- bis sie offenbar durch eine hohe Dosis Morphium starb ( sie hatte in Patientenverfügung gesagt: KEINE Schmerzen! Auch auf die Gefahr hin, dass die Medikamente (Morphium) den Tod herbeiführen). Der Tod kam erwartet und DOCH überraschend. Bei legaler Sterbehilfe hätte man sich bewusst für einen Zeitpunkt entscheiden und voneinander verabschieden können.

Sterbehilfe Mord

Die Petition ist nicht Unterstützung wert, das Ende gehört nicht mir , sondern allein Gott. Jegliche Form von sterbehilfe ist Mord, Beihilfe zum Mord oder auch selbstmord. Wie makaber ist das den??

Es kann in der Gesellschaft eine Haltung entstehen, sich,wenn man sich selbst nicht mehr versorgen kann, kein „lebenswertes“ Leben führt, dann doch den Wunsch haben sollte, "ein Sterben in Würde" zu bekommen. Die unausgesprochene Erwartung wäre nicht "illegal" und nicht "beweisbar" – wäre es ein selbstbestimmtes Ende? Legalisierung verändert Haltung, Erwartungshaltung - wir sind Menschen - und mit Macht, wissen wir oft nicht gut umzugehen, wie die Geschichte immer wieder zeigt.

Eugenik

Menschen, die das Gesundheitssystem im Stich gelassen hat, die arm oder obdachlos sind, würde der Selbstmord als "Option" suggeriert. Sterbehilfe ist mMn eine Form der Eugenik. Es gibt genug Menschen, die in ihrem Leben schon mal suizidal waren. Was wäre, wenn dir der Arzt den Freitod als "Ausweg" angeboten hätte? Wir wissen nie, ob diese Menschen nicht mal ein erfülltes Leben gehabt hätten. Strukturelle Probleme und gesellschaftliches Versagen bekämpfen, statt Leidende umzubringen!

Das sollte nicht der Betreffende allein entscheiden dürfen. Es muss sicher gestellt sein das der Betreffende von Niemanden (Familienangehörigen, von einem Familienangehörigen, eventl. auch einer Pflegekraft) zu diesen Entscheid gezwungen wird.

Mit meinem Glauben nicht zu vereinbaren: einer hält die Uhr an, egal wann und ob es uns genehm ist. Natürlich müssen wir Sterbende gut begleiten und nicht mit allen medizinischen Möglichkeiten das Leiden unnötig verlängern. Sterben gehört zum Leben.

Wie immer möchte der Mensch sich als Gott aufspielen, selbst entscheiden, wann Leben in diese Welt kommt und wann ein Leben von dieser Welt geht. Ich finde es sehr beruhigend, dass über diese Lebenswichtigen Entscheidungen der Schöpfer der Welt und kein Mensch entscheidet. Und das sollte auch so bleiben. Damit sind wir in den vergangenen Jahrtausenden immer sehr gut gefahren. Immer, wenn es die Menschen in die Hand genommen haben oder nehmen wollten, endete das in Chaos und Katastrophen.

Ich bin absolut dagegen. Das Recht über das Ende des Lebens zu bestimmen, steht nur Gott zu. Er hat uns das Leben gegeben und er nimmt es wieder. Ende der Diskussion
