Latenzzeit Abwärmenutzung

Die Gründe sind vielfältig und stehen in der Petition. Warum die Rechenzentren nicht dezentral direkt beim Kunden in den Großstädten bauen (Stichwort Latenzzeit) und damit zugleich die Quartiere mit warmem Wasser und Fernheizung versorgen. Letzteres würde ungemein günstig für die Verbraucher werden. Oder ist nicht gewollt, dass der kleine Mann was davon haben kann?
