Da die Soestenstraße zu den Hauptverkerhrszeiten eh schon völlig überlastet ist, wie soll sie dann noch den Verkehr tragen, wenn dort erstmal dieses riesige ( für Cloppenburg viel zu große) Einkaufszentrum steht?! Das ist einfach eine Zumutung!

150 Arbeitsplätze entstehen auch, wenn man die verträglicheren Konzepte an der Mühlenstraße und an der Bahnhofstraße bzw. auf dem Bürgermeister-Heukamp-Parkplatz gedeihen lässt.

Genau dieses wird in Cloppenburg sehr vermisst!!! Innovationen in Form von neuen Kaufhäusern u.a. Soeste-Carre müssen gebaut werden!!! Wer will schon in einer kleinen, altmodischen Stadt mit vergammelten alten Häusern wohnen??? Neue, schöne, optisch gelungene, innovative Gebäube müssen her, die das Image von Cloppenburg verbessern!!!

Contra

Cloppenburg muss etwas tun um mit anderen Städten mithalten zu können. Wer sich das Soesten Carre jetzt mal ansieht, sieht nur einen wild gewachsenen Baumbestand sonst nichts! Die NEUE Generation steht auf Design und Ästhetik und nicht auf Müllhalden. Der Beweis dafür wurde schon mit der Neuen Pflasterung in der Fußgängerzone gezeigt. CLOPPENBURGER WACHT AUF!

Alternativen

mehr Angebote für die Bürger der Stadt, gleichbedeutend mit mehr Vielfalt und somit auch erhöhte Attraktivität der Stadt.

150 neue Arbeitsplätze, 13Mio Euro werden investiert, optisch ein sehr gelungenes Gebäude, wertet das bisher schlechte Erscheinungsbild sehr gut auf
