Unbezahlbarer Wohnraum auf Kosten von Tier und Natur. Bestehender Wohnraum verschlechtert sich massiv, da es keine natürliche Barriere zwischen Industrie und Wohnraum mehr gibt. Das Stadtteilbild profitiert von diesem Wald, welches von Industrie und Altlasten geprägt ist. Hier sollte man ansetzen, wenn man Wohnraum schaffen möchte. Die Entwicklung sollte beim bestehenden beginnen.

Wo soll denn der ganze Schwerlast-Verkehr stattfinden, der für den Bau nötig wäre? Und wo soll der ganze tägliche Verkehr stattfinden, der danach käme? Auf der Anderter Straße etwa, die jetzt schon völlig überlastet ist?
