Meinungsfreiheit

"Das Bundesverfassungsgericht nennt die Meinungsfreiheit zu Recht "schlechthin konstituierend" für die freiheitliche Demokratie. Warum? Weil erst sie "die ständige geistige Auseinandersetzung", ermöglicht, "den Kampf der Meinungen", der das "Lebenselement" der Demokratie ist. Keine Demokratie kann auf Dauer bestehen, wenn es ihr an Menschen fehlt, die von ihrer Meinungsfreiheit Gebrauch machen (nach Bundeszentrale für Politische Bildung).

Eigentlich einfach: Frau Günther kritisierte, dass da vier Männer redeten und keine Frau. Dies widerspricht dem GG mit seinem klaren Auftrag an den Staat, für Gleichberechtigung zu sorgen. Wenn Staatskanzleiminister Herrmann hier von einem "ideologisierten geistigen Korsett" als Motivation bei Frau Günther spricht - sollte dann nicht ER zurücktreten?
