Herr Najafi ist jetzt 4 Jahre in Deutschland, arbeitet aber erst seit einem halben Jahr. Ich gehe davon aus, dass er Asyl beantragt hat, welches jetzt gerichtlich abgelehnt wurde. Wenn dem so ist, muss er ausreisen oder abgeschoben werden. Sollte die Firma unbedingt ihn als Mitarbeiter behalten wollen, kann Herr Najafi über ein Arbeitsvisum wieder einreisen. Die Firma wird ihm sicherlich behilflich sein. Bitte kein Aufweichen der Asylgesetze mehr!
