Innenverdichtung

Es soll nur ein kleiner Teil des Waldes bebaut werden. Von anderen Bürgerinitiativen wurden bereits Bauvorhaben auf der grünen Wiese gestoppt, weil erst in der Stadt verdichtet werden soll. Wo soll denn nun noch Wohnraum geschaffen werden? Der Bedarf ist nun mal da.
