Eine wichtige und sehr gut formulierte Petition – danke für das Engagement für unser Dorf und unsere Natur! Endlich spricht jemand aus, was viele denken. Der Kirschgarten muss erhalten bleiben! Ich unterstütze das voll und ganz. Maßvolle Bebauung statt Naturzerstörung – das ist der richtige Weg. Danke an die Bürgerinitiative Lebenswertes Kalchreuth für diesen sachlichen und konstruktiven Vorschlag. So geht verantwortungsvolle Ortsentwicklung.

Das ist eine klassische Nimby Petition. Sich Vehement gegen ein Thema Stimmen ohne eine praktikable und wirtschaftliche Lösung für den Bauherrn vorzulegen. Dass sich ein Ortsbild mit der Zeit verändert ist ganz normal. Im Ballungsraum Nürnberg herrscht ein Wohnraummangel. Auch weil die Menschen gerne am Land wohnen. Ich wohne selbst in so einem Dorf in der Nähe, wo gleiches passiert. Dieser kann nur durch Neubau bekämpft werden. Auch sollte es positiv gesehen werden, dass Neubau stattfindet.
