Das Frankenheim in Kaarst darf nicht sterben!

Es darf nicht sein, dass Einnahmen der Stadt Kaarst aufs Spiel gesetzt werden. Die Mietzahlungen waren niemals säumig. Ein neuer Mieter birgt immer ein neues finanzielles Risiko. Es ist unnötiger Mehraufwand für die städtische Verwaltung bei Mieterwechsel.

Kaarst würde etwas fehlen

Wir sind Ende 2015 von Düsseldorf nach Kaarst gezogen. Von daher sind wir einiges an Gastronomievielfalt gewohnt. Gastronomisch hat Kaarst im Restaurantbereich nicht allzu viel zu bieten. Müsste man die Top 3 in der Kategorie "gutbürgerlich, aber auch modern" benennen, wäre das Frankenheim in Kaarst auf jeden Fall dabei (und nicht auf dem 3. Platz). Darum darf Kaarst dieses Gastrokonzept und vor allem die Umsetzung durch die Familie Lütges, nicht verlieren.
