Die Entscheidung ist eben gefallen … die Grundsteuer B wird rückwirkend zum 1.1.2026 von 700 auf 900 Punkte erhöht. Diese Petition sehe ich daher als Startpunkt einer Initiative, bei der die Bürger - die ihren Beitrag zur Konsolidierung nun dauerhaft leisten müssen - den gewählten Rat und die Verwaltung immer wieder (z.B. durch Anfragen und Vorschläge) in die Pflicht nehmen, nun ihren Beitrag durch wirksames SPAREN auf der AUSGABENSEITE (z.B. Personal!) zu leisten!
