Hundehalter

Der Staat, Kommune, Stadt sorgt für ein allgemmeines Wohlgut aller. Viele Ausgaben dienen letztendlich allen Bürgern. Einzelen Privatinteressen sind nicht für viele andere von Bedeutung. Es gibt viele Interessengemeinschaften und bezahlen für ihr Hobby oder dgl. Viele Hundehalter sind statusbewuste Herrchen und benehmen sich auch entsprechend so.
