Jeder Hund kann eine Waffe sein !

Besonders Kampfhunde sind darauf gezüchtet, ihr "Opfer", bzw. ihren Gegner auf brutalste Weise anzugreifen und mit ihrem kräftigen Gebiss nicht mehr loszulassen. Es sind bereits Menschen durch Kampfhundattacken schwer verletzt, bzw. ums Leben gebracht worden !

"Ganz normale Familienhunde" - geht's noch?

Bitte die Kirche im Dorf lassen: Natürlich können die Hunde nichts dafür, wie sie gehalten und erzogen werden. Deshalb sollen ja auch nicht die Hunde die Steuer zahlen sondern eben die Halter. Und wenn besagte Halter meinen, als "ganz normalen Familienhund" einen extravaganten Kampfhund haben zu müssen, dann darf die Steuer doch wohl bitte ebenfalls extravagant ausfallen.

Die Hundesteuer ist eine so genannte Lenkungssteuer und dient dem Zweck, die Zahl der Hunde zu begrenzen. Wird dieser Zweck nicht erfüllt, ist die Steuer offensichtlich zu niedrig. Meiner Meinung nach hat dieser Steuerungseffekt aber ohnehin versagt und deshalb gehören Hunde (mit Ausnahme von Nutztieren) verboten.
