• Photovoltaik auf Gebäude- bzw. Hallendächern – also auf bereits versiegelten Flächen – ist eine gute Idee, aber nicht auf dem Acker oder am Waldrand. • Biomasse aus land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Abfällen stellt eine sinnvolle, C02-neutrale »Zweitverwertung« dar, aber Energiepflanzen statt Nahrungsmittel anbauen? • Windräder in Industrieparks oder auf industriellen Brachflächen sind weitgehend unumstritten, aber bitte nicht in unseren Wäldern!

Die Reduzierung unserer CO2-Emissionen - unabhängig im Vergleich zu anderen Ländern - ist unerlässlich. Trägt die Windenergie dazu einen Beitrag? Ja! Darf ein Umweltschutzprojekt (z.B. ein Windpark) in erster Linie kapitalistischen Interessen dienen? Nein! Darf ein Wald, dessen Erhaltung für den Klimaschutz von großer Bedeutung ist, kapitalistischen Interessen zum Opfer fallen? Nein! Priorität hat der Klimaschutz und Wälder dürfen Windparks nicht weichen müssen. Elisabeth Aschke
