Weil das Reisezentrum nicht nur für ältere Menschen wichtig ist (keine online-Kenntnisse), sondern auch bei speziellen Anliegen (Reisegeuppen) besser informiert als die Bahn es online leisten kann

Ich kann das gar nicht glauben, da nimmt man einen engagierten, kompetenten Mitarbeiter von seinem Arbeitsplatz und versetzt ihn nach irgendwo. Den Kunden nimmt man diesen zuverlässigen Ansprechpartner weg. Wie technokratisch und blutleer soll die Zukunft denn noch werden? Dann mach ich lieber eine Busreise. Also: Hände weg von meinem Reisezentrum!
