Ein echter Mehrwert für Endverbraucher!

Bauwillige würden einen größeren Personenkreis haben, um Ihre Bauvorlage einreichen zu können. Bauanträge könnten dadurch schneller eingereicht und umgesetzt werden. Damit verbunden ist natürlich auch eine Erhöhung der örtlich angebotenen Kompetenzfelder der Bauvorlageberechtigten (Holz, Beton, Stein, ökologisch/ nachhaltig ...). Denn keine Person kann von sich sagen, daß Sie alle Kompetenzfelder abdeckt.

Ungerecht!

Es besteht ein Grundrecht auf die freie Entfaltung der Persönlichkeit im Bereich der individuellen Leistung und Existenzerhaltung. Eine berufliche Tätigkeit sollte möglichst unregelmentiert möglich sein. Diese Entfaltungsmöglichkeit ist mir und meinen Kollegen derzeit nicht in allen Bundesländern gegeben.

Ungerecht

Mein nach bundeseinheitlichem Standard gelerntes und geprüftes Wissen wird per Gesetz in Sachsen-Anhalt und 6 weiteren Bundesländern (Neue Bundesländer, NRW und Saarland) nicht anerkannt. Demnach sind Meinesgleichen in diesen Bundesländern per Gesetz weniger kompetent als meine Berufskollegen in den übrigen 9 Bundesländern gestellt.
