- betreutes Wohnen ist mindestens so wichtig und knapp, wie bezahlbarer Wohnraum - Akzeptanz, Kompromiss und Bürger-Beteiligung statt übereilter Entscheidungen "von oben" - ein millionenschweres städtisches Grundstück sollte für ein Bauprojekt verwendet werden, dass für alle Aulendorfer Nutzen hat (und erst recht nicht in einer solchen Hauruckaktion verscherbelt werden) - Auftreten der Stiftung und GmbH fragwürdig (auch in anderen Städten). So kann man die eigenen Vorstellungen nicht einfach durchboxen.

Betreutes Wohnen an dieser Stelle = unrealistisches Projekt

Die BI schreibt von "Bezahlbarer Wohnraum für Personen mit geringem Einkommen / Rente." An dieser Stelle betreutes Wohnen mit dieser Vorgabe ist völlig unrealistisch. Es fehlt die komplette Infrastruktur, wie 24 Stunden Pflege- und Notpersonel, Essen, Dienste für die tägliche Hiflen, .... Solche Projekte sind nur dann machbar, wenn schon ein Alten- und Pflegeheim oder eine ähnliche Einrichtung ganz in der Näche sind oder idealerweise, wenn das betreute Wohnen dort eingegliedert ist. Ansonsten wird das für den Normalrentner völlig unbezahlbar.
