Reform der Gemeindefinanzierung statt Kritik an Grundsteuerhebesätzen

Statt eine Petition gegen Hebesätze zu starten, sollte der Druck auf Land und Bund gelenkt werden, um die Gemeindefinanzierung zu reformieren. Was dort bestellt wird, muss dort auch bezahlt werden. So sinkt die Abhängigkeit von der Gewerbesteuer und Kommunen erhalten mehr Handlungsspielraum – das stärkt die lokale Demokratie.
