Bäume und Feuerwehrunfallkasse

Das Baumkataster Göttingen weist 22 Bäume auf dem betroffenen Grundstück aus, mind. 12 davon sind laut Satzung schützenswert (Stammumfang >1m). Der Siegerentwurf sieht nicht nur eine Neuordnung bereits versiegelter Fläche vor, sondern eine großflächige Versiegelung der umgebenden Grünflächen für Gebäude, Alarmaus- und -einfahrten sowie Parkplätze für die Einsatzkräfte. Laut FUK müssen alle Flächen eben und rutschfest, die Wege direkt geführt sein. Also leider kein Platz für Bäume oder ihr Laub.

Bäume

Der Siegerentwurf überzeugt durch eine kompakte, wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Bauweise. Bereits versiegelte Flächen werden neu geordnet, die vier Patenbäume sollen innerhalb Geismars umgesetzt statt gefällt werden und weitere Umsetzungen sollen geprüft werden. Auch Entwässerung und Versiegelung werden weiter optimiert.
