Ich habe auch Kinder und glaube, dass niemand das Recht hat, einem Kind oder einer Person das Leben zu nehmen, insbesondere aufgrund politischer Differenzen.

Es kann so nicht weitergehen mit dieser Kuscheljustiz. Fast immer nur Bewährung. Es muss endlich mal härter durchgegriffen werden. Falls es doch Bewährung gibt, soll es dazu harte Auflagen geben. Zum Beispiel gemeinnützige Arbeit. Ausserdem muss sich was in den Schulen ändern. Zum Beispiel einheitliche Schulkleidung. In anderen Ländern klappt das auch. Die Schule ist kein modischer Laufsteg, sondern ein Ort wo man was lernt.

Keiner ausser Gott, bestimmt über das Kommen und Gehen... Ich hoffe sehr, das Filipp trotz allem die Ruhe findet. Die Familie mus aber weiter kämpfen!!!

Bis auf den letzten Punkt kann ich alle unterstützen. Bei dem letzten Punkt sehe ich große Probleme: Messer werden auch beruflich mitgeführt, ich denke hier an Maler, Leute die Pakete öffnen, Elektriker die Kabel abmanteln….

Reflexhafte Forderung nach höheren Strafen und ggf. Erfüllen dieser Forderung lenkt von sinnvollen Maßnahmen zur Prävention ab. Strafandrohung hat praktisch keinen Effekt, Strafdurchsetzung (insbesondere bei Jugendlichen) hoher Haftstrafen im aktuellen Strafvollzug schafft mehr Probleme und erfüllt nur mäßig ein Gerechtigkeitsausgleichsgefühl. Vorrangig sollten Präventionsmaßnahmen gefordert und gefördert werden sowie strafbegleitende Maßnahmen sichergestellt werden.
