Es gibt schon einen Landal Green Parc in Dwergte Große Häuser sind für große Gruppen die „Party“ machen wollen. Das passt nicht in ein Naturschutzgebiet.

Ein derartig umfangreiches Bauvorhaben würde die Ökologie der Region maßgeblich beeinträchtigen. Aufgrund dessen sieht das Umweltverträglichkeitsgesetz für derartige Bauvorhaben eine Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung vor (siehe auch Anhang UVPG Punkt 18), Als Sachverständiger kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass ein Vorhaben in der prognostizierten Art und Weise genehmigt wird. Zerstörung der Landschaft

Durch die Ausweitung und enorme neue Bebauung werden viele Flächen versiegelt und der aktuelle gut ausgewogene nachhalte Tourismus entwickelt sich dann zum konventionellen Tourismus und es wird die Unwelt, lokale Kultur und die sozialen Sturkturen negativ beeinflusst. Ohne Rücksicht auf langfristig ökologische, soziale Auswirkungen zu nehmen.
