Bereits jetzt haben sich kriminelle „Geschäftsmodelle entwickelt – mit Fake-Autoren, Fake-Büchern, Fake- Lesern. Die Grundlagen für GPT, Meta, StableLM, BERT stammen aus Büchern von Piraterieseiten wie Library Genesis (LibGen), Z-Library (Bok), Sci-Hub. Ohne gesetzliche Regelung beschleunigt generative KI Ausbeutung, Urheberrechtsverletzungen, Fake-News, Honorar-Betrug.
