Die Familie wurde bereits abgeschoben. Die Eltern sind seit über 20 Jahren in Deutschland und werden faktisch als integrierte Personen gesehen, sowie die Tochter die in Deutschland geboren ist und noch nie in dem jetzigen Land war. Sie ist hier verwurzelt. sich gesetzestreu zu verhalten ist kein Asylgrund. Woher stammt das Mädchen, bzw. die Eltern des Mädchens und wie lange sind sie schon hier? Wie sieht es mit der Integration der Eltern aus, wird der eigene Lebensunterhalt erwirtschaftet? Nur auf die "Tränendrüse" zu drücken, weil ein Kind, vermutlich mit seinen Eltern, abgeschoben werden soll, ist zu wenig!
